by a Certified Executive Chef to save time. The Palm Beach Chopper with it's sharp 4" stainless steel wheels and comfortable plastic handle chops
and slices a salad in seconds. The chopper is a cutting device and should be used in conjunction with a wooden, woven wood , melamine or polycarbonate bowl.
The chopper is easy to use and chopps salad fast
1.) Assemble salad ingredients, place in salad bowl.
Use a 12” or 13” bowl for one large or two medium salads.
2.) Use a chopping, rocking motion to chop salad, add dressing.
3.) Plate and enjoy a great chopped salad.
